How it works
From delivery to revision request in three steps
Built around the way appraisal QC teams already work: load the delivery, decide on what was found, send one clear request.
Load the delivery
Add the UAD 3.6 data file and report PDF. Add the order form and sales contract to verify the assignment, parties, price and concessions.
Review what matters
Findings are ranked Critical and Major, each with the evidence behind it and the report page it comes from. The reviewer confirms or dismisses each one.
Send one clear request
Confirmed items become a short revision request written for the appraiser. Every decision is recorded in the audit trail.
Built for AMCs, lenders and QC teams
One review standard across every reviewer
The full checklist on every file, with each client's own requirements applied on top.
Full checklist, every file
The data file and PDF are checked against a complete UAD 3.6 quality-control checklist, so nothing depends on which reviewer picked up the order.
Client rules built in
Lender and AMC requirements, such as market graphs, sales look-back periods and comparable rules, are applied automatically when the client is recognized.
Order and contract checks
Loan number, borrower, lender, AMC reference, purchase price, parties and concessions are compared with the report.
Revisions fixed the first time
Requests are specific and short: Critical and Major items only, each stating what to correct and where.
Revised reports compared
Load the prior version to see exactly what changed and whether each requested correction was made.
Client portal Coming soon
Clients will sign in to send orders for review, follow their status and download revision requests and release notices.
Security
Protected from the first sign-in
